Shipping Policy:

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared.

Door to door delivery is R75 (Estimated time of arrival within South Africa :2-3 business days from date sent) excluding peak periods. Outlying areas may take a day or two longer.

Durban and surrounds- R65 upto Durban North and excluding  Amanzimtoti and beyond. (Estimated time of arrival: 1-2 business days from date sent,excluding peak periods)

PUDO locker collection: R60 collect at you closest PUDO locker. Visit the PUDO website for more details. Please furnish the locker area, your name, number and email address. Estimated time of arrival: 4 business days from date sent, excluding peak periods. You will receive a sms/email when your item arrives.

International Shipping: Kindly allow 7- 8 Business Days depending on the period of the year.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item is shipped,kindly track your item via the tracking number that will be sent via email (please check your spam folder as well) and ensure that someone is home to receive your item upon delivery. 

Terrific Tales cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, delays etc once your item has left our premises. 

If Collecting : Collection is in Durban (Sherwood) by appointment. Details will be emailed to you once your order is ready.
